SEC Investigation Alleged in Complaint

The Schall Law Firm, a national shareholder rights litigation firm, announces that it is investigating claims on behalf of investors of Rivian Automotive Inc. ("Rivian" or "the Company") (NASDAQ: RIVN) for violations of the securities laws.
